About the Company

Yellow Rooster Mortgages is a mortgage advisory business supporting Kiwis find their home or build their investments for over 13 years. We are based centrally in Auckland. We specialise in mortgages and put customers first. Due to the growth in the business, an additional opportunity has emerged for a mortgages administrator to join the team.

About the Role

Previous lending experience is not essential as we would provide necessary support and training, however you will have positive, can-do attitude and thirst to learn new skills. We are happy to support applicants with valid work permits.

This is a Part Time Administration role where you will be working minimum 20 hours per week. There will be flexibility around work hours. Additional hours may be on offer from time to time. 

Role Requirements

• Managing CRM maintenance of client records

• Pre-screening documents

• Monitoring renewal of Pre Approval expiries and the 'fixed rate' rollovers

• Monitoring the Annual Reviews

• Checking final loan structure and settling loans

• Packaging and processing all loan applications

• Ongoing client service and database management

• Obtaining fixed rate roll over pricing and liaising with clients on processing the same (in conjunction with the Mortgage Adviser)

• Post settlement and on-going client management programme

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Experience working in customer service/administration role would be an advantage.

• Experience in a banking or a finance role would be an advantage however not essential. We are focussing on employing the right person to fit our great team culture.
